Since January 2008 we have also been providing Home Information Packs as we evolved with the industry and had to secure our own workflow.
We supply HIP's direct to Home sellers, Estate Agents and Solicitors with what we believe to be the most competitive local price on the market.
All our HIPs are third party audited before we release them so you can have peace of mind that we are industry compliant.

All Domestic Energy Assessors must by law belong to an accreditation body to be able to operate. R.E.A belong to the ECMK accreditation scheme and hold all licences and insurance above and beyond the limits set out in industry guidelines.
Rodgers Energy Assessments are also members of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA) who are the largest professional organisation for Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors in the UK
