If you’re selling your home or you are an Estate Agent we can provide you with a Hip at a highly competitive price as we only make our money on the EPC itself and not on the other aspects of the HIP. We do this purely to secure our own workflow.

If you are a Landlord or letting agent we can also provide you with an EPC, which became be mandatory for all residential lets from 1^st October 2008.
