Rodgers Energy Assessments are an independent Home Information Pack (HIP) and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provider to the property market supplying Home sellers, Estate Agents, Landlords and Solicitors with a HIP code and PCCB compliant HIP and professional EPC service.
If you’re selling your home or you are an Estate Agent we can provide you with a HIP at a highly competitive price as we only make our money on the EPC itself and not on the other components of the HIP. We do this purely to secure our own workflow.
All our HIPs are third party audited before we release them so you can have peace of mind that we are industry compliant.
If you are a Landlord or letting agent we can also provide you with an EPC, which became mandatory for all residential lets from 1st October 2008.
