How can we offer discounted prices?
We can offer lower prices on Hips as we make our profit on the Energy Performance Survey only, which is a mandatory component of the Hip, and not on the Hip itself like other Hip providers
Why do we do this?
We make no profit on the other Hip components because our business is in Domestic Energy Assessments and only offer the full Hip to our clients to secure our own workflow, meaning we can offer a lower priced hip to our clients
Does cheaper mean a lower specification?
No, all our Home Information Packs are Hip Code and PCCB compliant, and we use Official Local Authority Searches where viable. All our HIPs are audited by a third party before we release them.
